We have access to a Panel of Insurers who provide us with a range of products which enables us to offer you and your client the perfect insurance solution.
We can cover a wide range of properties, such as listed, unoccupied, let, timber framed, converted barns, flat roofs, previously flooded, suffered previous Subsidence or undergoing renovation.
We are also able to provide insurance for clients who have had criminal convictions, previous poor credit history, or had insurance declined in the past.
Standard policy features include:
- Commission from 20%
- £100 Policy Excess
- Building Sum Insured of £750,000
- Block Contents Sum Insured of £75,000
- Higher Covers available on request (up to £3,000,000)
- £2,000,000 Liability Cover
Options available:
- £50,000 Legal Expenses
